HBAR Duck Hold is a curated NFT collection of 10,000 unique ducks on the Hedera Hashgraph. This project aims to establish long-term value through intentional design, a fixed supply, transparent governance, and progressive community engagement. It is not a quick trend but a digital ecosystem designed to grow over time.

New in v1.1: KINGDOM — a holder-governance layer where Ducks propose, vote, and steer roadmap execution.

Each NFT is created in 768×768 pixel dimensions with a consistent format. Ducks are assembled manually, not by random generators, ensuring clear structure and uniqueness:

  • 1 Duck = 1 Vote (counted per token, not per wallet).
  • A snapshot is taken when voting opens; transfers after that don’t affect eligibility.
  • Ducks must be in a self-custody wallet connected to vote.

  1. Draft (optional feedback in Discord)
  2. Submission by a KINGDOM Duck (title, rationale, impact, resources, timeline)
  3. Voting Window: ~26 days open to all holders
  4. Quorum & Threshold Check

6.4 Rules & Thresholds

  • Quorum: 100 Duck votes minimum.
  • Pass Rule: Simple majority (>50%) of votes cast, if quorum is met.
  • Spam/Duplicates: Clearly duplicate/low-effort proposals may be rejected; similar ideas should wait for prior outcomes before resubmission.
  • Comments & Signals: Non-binding but encouraged to refine proposals.
